Ladder Internships is running a winter competition for a full-ride scholarship to its University Internship Program, worth $3,190.

Ladder is a remote internship programme founded and run by Harvard entrepreneurs. It matches students with high-growth startups, where they work alongside founders and CEOs whose backgrounds, Ladder says, include Google, McKinsey, Goldman Sachs and Y Combinator-backed ventures. Each student works with startup mentors on real-world projects linked to their interests and career goals.

The competition is open to university students and incoming first-year students.
