What it is
Since AI Hackathon brings more than 1,000 AI, software, data, robotics and product builders from around the world to Turku, Finland, for 72 hours of building. Teams form on the first day, choose a challenge set by a partner company or an open track, and have 72 hours to build a working product.
Challenges come from companies including Google for Developers, Bayer, Sandvik, Kongsberg and Valmet, and participants get compute and GPU access from Google and the LUMI supercomputer. Judging is on working demos only, not slide decks. The prize pool is €50,000 in cash, awarded across tracks.
It's run by Since AI, a student-led Finnish nonprofit, and is an official Major League Hacking 2026 member event.
