What it is
EnSpire Oxford and NatWest Accelerator bring students together for an evening at NatWest Accelerator Oxford, the hub that opened in September. Whether you’re taking your first steps into entrepreneurship, working on a startup or looking for a co-founder, you’ll meet the people, programmes and communities that can turn your idea into reality.
What to expect
- Discover entrepreneurship support: hear from EnSpire Oxford, NatWest Accelerator and other organisations about the programmes and resources open to you.
- Meet student societies: find out what Oxford’s student-led entrepreneurship communities do and how to get involved.
- Student founder quick pitches: 60 seconds each, with no formal presentations or judging. It’s a chance to share ideas and find collaborators.
- Connect and network: meet fellow students, aspiring founders and support organisations, with refreshments.
About NatWest Accelerator Oxford
NatWest Accelerator Oxford opened on 23 September, in partnership with the University of Oxford and The Oxford Trust. It’s housed at The Oxford Trust’s Centre for Innovation and is led by Ryan Johnson. It’s also the first project delivered under the Equinox commitments agreed by regional partners last November. Founders get free access to expert coaching, practical growth support, networking and a community of entrepreneurs. They can also register for free coworking desks and meeting rooms, and join the Oxford community on the NatWest Accelerator app, which more than 300 people have already joined.
