IDEA
IDEA (Increasing Diversity in Enterprising Activities) is a set of long term and sustainable actions and interventions aimed at addressing inequalities in entrepreneurship.
By providing resources and opportunities to underrepresented groups, IDEA promotes a more equitable and dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem.
IDEA’s main focus is currently on gender but will be broadening the scope as the programme develops. Current initiatives include the Peer Mentoring programme, book club events and a dedicated Wonder Women entrepreneur profile series.
Explore the various way you can get involved with IDEA below. If you want to get in touch, offer your support or simply have a query, please email us at idea@admin.ox.ac.uk.
