EnSpire Idea Lab (MT 26)
Got an idea but not sure it’s a business? Come and test it in a day.
What it is
EnSpire Idea Lab is a one-day, in-person bootcamp that turns an early-stage idea into a structured, testable business plan. Facilitator-led sessions take you through defining the problem, understanding your customers, shaping your value proposition, building a minimum viable solution, finding a route to market, planning the finances and pitching. Through hands-on exercises, quick market research and peer feedback, you build a Lean Canvas and leave with a clearer business model, a sharper pitch and defined next steps. It’s especially useful for first-time founders, or anyone with a problem they want to solve but no framework for testing it.
