EnSpire Idea Lab
Got an idea but not sure it's a business? Come and test it in a day.
Programme overview
EnSpire Idea Lab is a one-day, in-person bootcamp that turns an early-stage idea into a structured, testable business plan. It's open to Oxford students at any level, researchers, staff and alumni within two years of graduating, and no experience or business background is needed.
Facilitator-led sessions take you through defining the problem, understanding your customers, shaping your value proposition, building a minimum viable solution, finding a route to market, planning the finances and pitching. Through hands-on exercises, quick market research and peer feedback, you'll build a Lean Canvas and leave with a clearer business model, a sharper pitch and defined next steps.
It's especially useful for first-time founders, or anyone with a problem they want to solve but no framework for testing it.
Next session: Saturday 31 October 2026
