Edge Hackathons
Tackle a real challenge, build a solution and pitch it, all in a weekend.
Programme overview
Edge Hackathons, delivered by Oxford Edge and supported by EnSpire Oxford, are short, intensive events for Oxford students who enjoy solving real-world problems. You don't need any experience.
You'll hear from industry speakers, join a mixed team, and work on a themed challenge with mentors on hand throughout. Each hackathon ends with teams pitching a prototype to a judging panel and getting expert feedback.

How to apply
Apply through the open call when applications open. Dates may change.
- Michaelmas term: 31 October – 1 November · 13–14 November · 27–28 November 2026
- Hilary term: 5–6 February · 19–20 February · 5–6 March 2027
- Trinity term: 14–15 May · 28–29 May · 11–12 June 2027
All hackathons take place at Oxford Edge, 37 St Giles.
