Venture Capital Lab: Applications Open
Curious how early-stage investment really works? Learn it from the inside, with students from across Oxford.
What it is
VC Lab is a co-curricular programme from Oxford Saïd Entrepreneurship Centre that introduces current Oxford students to venture capital. You’ll learn how early-stage investors judge founders, markets and technologies, how funds are structured and run, and how the venture ecosystem works in the UK and beyond.
Sessions mix workshops with hands-on investment exercises using live company cases, and you’ll work alongside students from across the University. It suits anyone considering a career in venture capital, or a founding or operating role in the innovation economy. You don’t need a finance or investment background.
Full programme detail is on the VC Lab programme page.
VC Lab is educational and does not involve investment, investment advice or any other regulated activity. The programme is operationally and legally independent of Oxford Seed Fund, with the two collaborating only on educational activities such as guest sessions and case studies.
