Michael Collett brings extensive leadership and business growth expertise from the UK and worldwide. A Mechanical Engineer with a Diploma in Business Administration and a Cranfield Business Growth graduate, he has led mergers, acquisitions, buy-outs, and international expansion across Europe, the USA and the Middle East.

His leadership includes serving as Chair of IoD Oxfordshire, Chair of Lumicom, and President of the Lighting Industry Federation. As a Member of the Institute of Export & International Trade, Michael has built a powerful global network spanning multiple industries.

A qualified coach and mentor, specialising in business strategy, sales growth, negotiation, and international market entry. Today, he advises organisations on growth, restructuring, and global expansion.
