OSEP

OSEP is partnering with BIPC to deliver social impact business support sessions. OSEP CIC is a social enterprise, set up to support social entrepreneurs, Social Enterprises, enterprising charities and purposeful business across Oxfordshire – all trading as a way to address social and environmental challenges.

Facilitator - Sarah Jordan

Sarah is the multi-award-winning Founder and CEO of Y.O.U Underwear, the Oxford-based ethical underwear business that certified as the top-scoring B Corp in the UK and world’s highest-scoring fashion brand in 2021. Sarah was volunteering in Uganda in 2016 when she learned of the challenges women and girls face in not having access to underwear. From that, she set up Y.O.U Underwear as a social enterprise, trying to change lives one pair of pants at a time.

Sarah’s previous experience includes more than 25 years in senior leadership roles across the not-for-profit, commercial and publishing sectors, as well as leading her own strategic digital consultancy business. She is a qualified NLP practitioner and coach, Trustee of the charities Smalls for All and The Beam Foundation, and has run BOLD, a positive change agency helping women achieve success in all areas of their lives, since 2013.

Facilitator - Grant Hayward

Following a 30 year career in mainstream business, he relocated to Oxfordshire and for the past 10 years has been supporting Social Enterprises, enterprising charities and social entrepreneurs. He has also developed expertise supporting mainstream businesses to become more purposeful and is a B Leader, promoting the B Corp movement and helping business to become certified B Corps.

He is now the day to day contact for general enquiries and supports the operations of OSEP. He also worked on the eScalate programme as the Enterprise Support Manager, providing 1:1 support to programme participants.
