BrightMinds 2.0 runs from September 2026 to March 2027. It’s a 6-month, remote-first programme designed to prepare you for a commercial role in a high-growth startup. Built and delivered by RAW Ventures, a European VC fund, in partnership with leading experts in entrepreneurship and startup training.
The programme starts with a 2-month intensive training. We kick off at a launch offsite, then spend seven weeks developing startup thinking, commercial and growth skills, and self-knowledge. All of it applied to a real startup idea that you build, test, and pitch alongside your cohort.
For the next four months, you join a fast-growth startup in the EMEA region in a commercial role: marketing, sales, business development, or founder associate. You continue one day a week of BrightMinds curriculum, and receive regular 1:1 mentor support throughout.
The programme closes with a week in London where you reflect on your placement, pitch to real investors, and graduate with your cohort. You graduate ready to walk into any startup and make an impact from day one.
