Cooperatives and Mutuals peer learning and networking sessions

Are you and existing cooperative or Mutual operating in Oxfordshire? How often do you network with other cooperatives? Do you sometimes feel isolated? Oxfordshire is home to many cooperatives from Community Owned shops and pubs to Cooperative housing, food and care coops and much more.

Peer networks create a safe space for people with similar goals to share experiences, knowledge, and challenges, helping to generate collective learning, problem-solving, and mutual support to overcome isolation. During these sessions you will have an opportunity to meet with likeminded people, share your experiences in safe space and feel connected to the Oxfordshire community of Cooperatives.

It does not matter what stage you are at, developing an idea or already up and running if you are interested in cooperatives you are welcome.

This series of 3 in person sessions is to encourage cooperatives in the county to come together to share and learn in the spirit of true cooperation.  We are asking that people commit to all 3 sessions
