Eco Ventures Counsel (“EVC”) is a legal pro bono programme providing essential free full-service legal support in three annual UK cohorts: For pre-Series A greentech startups/spinouts and planetpositive social enterprises and charities. For 12 months. From the world's leading law firms. Two leading IP firms provide bespoke IP support. EVC also provides free access to the leading DealCentre AI virtual data room from SS&C Intralinks, legal training sessions and networking opportunities.
EVC Cohorts 1 and 2 launched in 2025 and include 28 ventures. EVC Cohort 3 launched in March 2026 and includes 18 ventures. EVC Cohort 4 will launch in July 2026.
