Introducing Help to Grow: Management, a gov funded course for SME leaders

Thinking about joining Help to Grow: Management? Join our free online information webinar to find out whether the programme is right for you and your business.

During this 30-minute session, the Oxford Brookes Business School team will explain how the 12-week programme is structured, what you'll learn, and how it supports leaders of small and medium-sized businesses to develop their leadership skills and drive sustainable growth.

We'll cover:

• How the programme is delivered and what to expect over the 12 weeks
• The key topics and learning outcomes
• How the Growth Action Plan, mentoring and peer learning work
• The benefits previous participants have gained
• How to apply and what to expect from the next cohort

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and speak directly with the programme team.

The next hybrid cohort (online and in Oxford) starts on 3 November 2026.
