What is the OxAI Mini-Conference?

The OxAI Mini-Conference is a student-organized event. It's an opportunity for students across disciplines to come together, share ideas, and ignite conversations around AI's impact on our studies.

Call for Participation

We are now opening the floor for participation! This is your chance to be a part of something special. Here’s how you can get involved:

• Presentations: Have research or a project on AI? Submit your abstract for a chance to present.
• Workshops: Skilled in AI tools or concepts? Propose a workshop to teach and engage your peers.
• Panels and Discussions: Interested in discussing AI's ethical, social, or technical aspects? Join a panel.
• Poster: Want to visually present your research, project, or idea? Share your work in our poster sessions and engage in one-on-one discussions with attendees.

How to Apply

To join us for this exciting event, please follow these steps:

• Sign Up: Initially, register your interest by this form.
• Submit Your Materials: Depending on your area of interest, please submit the relevant materials to puyu.wang@oxai.org (copying to info@oxai.org).

Here’s what you need to submit:

• Presentations: An abstract of your AI-related research or project.
• Workshops: A proposal outlining the workshop you wish to conduct.
• Panels and Discussions: Please mention your interest in participating in or leading a panel or discussion, along with a brief outline of the topic or perspective you wish to explore.
• Poster: Please mention your interest in participating and send us the digital copy of the poster before submission deadline(TBD).
