The Oxford Garage is back!!!
Oxford Entrepreneurs is excited to announce the return of the Oxford Garage, our program aimed at giving you hands-on experience and teaching you all the relevant skills to become a future founder. Applications are now open for the first event of the year, a hackathon focusing on climate solutions where you will have the chance to engage with founders and investors and work on your own ideas with other Oxford students.
The Oxford Garage aims to make entrepreneurship more accessible in Oxford. We want anyone curious about entrepreneurship to have an opportunity to get the knowledge, tools, and network necessary to start their own business.
This time, we focus on solutions tackling climate change - anything from software to hardware to social enterprises. In one day (Saturday week 6, Nov 18), we will teach you everything you need to know about entrepreneurship essentials, and you will implement your learning in small groups around a potential venture idea. You will meet founders, investors and other like-minded students from our hand-picked cohort.
No prior experience is necessary! Apply ASAP to be a part of the first-ever Garage cohort! We review applications on a rolling basis until the end of week 3 (Oct 27) but may close the application earlier if we see a lot of interest. We accept applications from all students, no matter what your degree is.
