The Oxford Laidlaw Scholars Programme is an 18-month journey for first-year undergraduate students eager to make an impact locally and globally. Scholars gain hands-on project experience, participate in leadership workshops, and collaborate on initiatives addressing critical challenges, with a stipend provided. The programme includes an Oxford group leadership retreat in Year 1 and the Laidlaw International Scholars Conference in Year 2, where Scholars complete a global Leadership in Action project, building skills for a future of ethical leadership.
