Talk #2 - Designing Working Models That Work; What's Changing and Why It Matters by Beatrice Shelley

European tech work models are being rewritten and the choices companies make now are shaping who they can attract, retain, and inspire.
This session reveals what’s actually working across Europe, what candidates expect, and how the People function can turn flexibility into a real competitive advantage.

Bio- Beatrice Shelley:

Beatrice has over 15 years’ experience leading People functions in high-growth environments, partnering with leaders to build organisations where people and performance thrive. She brings a mix of strategic and hands-on experience across start-ups, scale-ups, and FTSE100 companies, with a focus on scalable People practices, inclusive culture, and smart use of technology.
She is currently Head of People at PQShield, supporting global growth in a cutting-edge tech business.
