Business plans can be really helpful, but putting together a massive document that sits in a drawer can be fruitless. We'll be looking at the one page business plan - helping you shape your ideas and structure your thinking.
Crunching the numbers (12:00 - 12:45)
You business idea needs to add up. This session will walk you through the essentials around money in, money out and ensuring you turn a profit. There'll be templates to take away to help you action.
Finding your customers (13:00 - 13:45)
Marketing and sales are at the heart of every business. We'll run through the essentials you need to know to understand who your customers are, how to reach them and convert into a sale.
Taxes, legals and admin (14:00 - 14:45)
Where to register, what to do - we'll be covering all the essentials needed to get you up and running. We'll be thinking about different company types and how to get started.
Networking, growing and next steps (15:00 - 15:45)
People buy from people - we'll be looking at your next steps to growth, refining your plans and providing you links to organisations and resources to help you start out.
