The programme funders, West Oxfordshire District Council and Cherwell District Council, will share their ambitions for small business success, and OxLEP Business will share the key outputs from the programmes.

The celebration will then move into full swing, with a session dedicated to recognising the successes of those in the room. Stories of perseverance, innovation, and growth will inspire all, highlighting the significant impact small businesses have on the community and economy.

A keynote presentation on Personal Resilience in Business will follow, providing valuable insights on navigating challenges and maintaining motivation. An experienced entrepreneur will share their journey, offering wisdom on adaptability and perseverance.

The afternoon will conclude with a focus on Growing Connections and Collaborations, encouraging meaningful networking and idea-sharing. This event promises to be an unforgettable celebration of success, resilience, and the limitless potential of small business leaders.
