Everyone is welcome regardless of their gender identity
Shaping Success explores the many ways underrepresented genders can define their own success within a mathematical career. The conference highlights a broad range of pathways, spanning academia, industry, and roles in between. Bringing together mathematicians from across the UK, our programme includes talks from established voices in both academic and industrial settings, opportunities for early career researchers to share their work, and interactive workshops focused on skills such as mathematical communication. Alongside this, Shaping Success is a space to reflect on diverse experiences of mathematics, past and present, and to continue developing solidarity and peer support amongst women and non-binary mathematicians in the UK.
