Leading For Change: What Successful Leaders Do Differently
Change is constant in life sciences, but leading it successfully is anything but simple. In this workshop you will explore how leaders across the ecosystem navigate complexity, bring their organisations with them and turn strategy into meaningful action. We will go beyond theory to focus on what really works: how to engage teams through uncertainty, overcome resistance and delivering lasting impact.
You will take away insights that you can use in any organisation and whatever position you hold to lead change effectively. Following the workshop, you can network and connect with fellow leaders who are navigating the same challenges. These reflections and conversations are where ideas take root and driving change begins.
