Morgan Stanley Inclusive & Sustainable Ventures (MSISV) provides innovators with access to capital and resources to help them develop and scale. Our mission is to catalyze innovation and impact by supporting early-stage startups and nonprofits that are building solutions for a more inclusive and sustainable future. MSISV has distributed $38M+ in capital to 140+ startups and organizations since inception.

Access to Capital

Participating startups will receive an equity investment (or a grant for nonprofits), a five-month curated program, mentorship, networking opportunities, dedicated office space and access to a network of seasoned experts and industry leaders.

Powerful Networks

We connect early-stage startups and nonprofits with Morgan Stanley bankers, financial advisors, technology experts and others who can open doors to valuable industry networks. In addition, we help participants gain visibility and access within the broader investor ecosystem.

Mentoring and More

Morgan Stanley pairs each organization with hand-picked mentors, entrepreneurs-in-residence and advisors who provide counsel and coaching to help each company and nonprofit grow and scale.

Who is Eligible?

Ideal startups are technology-enabled and are creating measurable impact across the environment, health & wellbeing, economic empowerment, and education & human capital. They have launched a product in market with demonstrable revenues and fall within the pre-seed to Series A funding stage.

Ideal nonprofit organizations will include nonprofits creating measurable impact across the environment, health & wellbeing, economic empowerment, and education & human capital. They have a clear and demonstrable business plan with sustainable revenues, funding structures in place and have 501(c)(3) status or a recognized international equivalent.
