The Jamie Ferguson Chemistry Innovation Awards

The Jamie Ferguson Chemistry Innovation Awards (‘The Jamies’) are run by the Department of Chemistry in partnership with Oxford University Innovation (OUI). Open to students from any department, the awards support ideas rooted in innovative chemistry with the potential for real-world impact. The Jamies honour our dear friend and colleague Dr Jamie Ferguson, who tragically passed away in August 2020. For over a decade, Jamie championed entrepreneurship at Oxford, inspiring researchers to unlock the impact of their work.
