This event will equip you with the tools to harness the identity of founders and translate it into a powerful company brand. By creating a brand that is authentic to the founder and resonates with the target audience, you’ll build a business that thrives on trust, loyalty, and a clear sense of purpose.

During this webinar you will learn:

What is a Founder Brand?
A founder brand is the unique intersection of the founder’s personal values, vision, and expertise with the company’s mission and identity. It’s about leveraging the founder’s story and leadership style to shape the public perception of the business. In this session, you’ll learn how to build a brand that reflects the heart and soul of the founder while establishing the company as a trusted and authentic entity.

How to build Your Founder Brand
Building a founder-led company brand requires a deep alignment between the founder’s personal identity and the company’s values. We’ll walk you through how to develop a brand rooted in the founder’s vision, while ensuring it resonates with the company’s long-term business goals. Learn how to leverage your founder and craft a brand identity that tells a powerful story, inspires loyalty, and sets your business apart in a crowded market.

Understand Your Audience
Every strong brand is built around a clear understanding of its audience. In this session, we’ll focus on how to identify the right target market for your founder brand and how to speak directly to them. Learn how to connect on an emotional level by understanding their needs, pain points, and aspirations and how to position your company as the solution they trust.

Perfect Your Offer
A brand must deliver on its promise. We will help you define the company’s offer and what it provides that meets the needs of its audience through the lens of the founder. We’ll explore how the founder’s personal expertise and vision shape the company’s products or services and how to articulate that value in a way that builds credibility and attracts customers.

Your Message
Your brand message is the heart of your company’s communication strategy. It’s the core narrative that connects the founder’s story to the company’s mission and values. We’ll cover how to craft a compelling message that clearly conveys what the business stands for, why it exists, and how it makes a difference. Your message will be authentic, inspiring, and consistent across all channels.

The Systems You Will Use
Consistency is key to building a strong company brand. We’ll guide you through the systems and tools needed to streamline your branding efforts, from content management to audience engagement. Discover how to implement processes that ensure your brand stays true to the founder’s vision, even as the company scales. This will include strategies for social media, and customer interaction.

Launching Your Founder Brand
When launching a founder-driven company brand, first impressions are everything. We’ll cover the essential steps to a successful brand launch, ensuring that the founder’s vision is clearly communicated and aligned with the company’s values. Learn how to build momentum, generate excitement, and engage your audience from day one, turning your launch into a springboard for long-term brand success.

Here is how your expert for the session, Dean Seddon, introduces himself on LinkedIn;

I’m Dean – LinkedIn Social Selling Expert, and I’m here to help you stop blending in and start owning LinkedIn like a pro.

  • Whether you’re tired of old-school sales tactics or just looking to fill that pipeline with prospects who actually matter, I’ve got you covered.
  • I’ve trained over 200,000 people (yes, really) and worked with 24 stock market-listed companies to show them how social selling should be done.
  • No cookie-cutter nonsense – I’ll help you tailor a strategy that works for your business, not someone else’s.
