How to create a marketing funnel

Laura lives in Witney, loves hiking (in fact, she and her husband are on a mission to do all the mountains in the Brecons), has a bit of an obsession with collecting house plants (she’s nearing the 100 mark now), and is quite fond of (read: dependent on) wine and chocolate.

She’ll be helping us learn how to choose the right channels and tactics for a stellar marketing funnel – in other words, the plan for how to bring your audience on a journey from knowing about you to buying from you.

We’ll kick off by talking about exactly what a marketing funnel is and looks like, exploring the different stages involved in someone’s journey with your brand. Then we’ll look at a whole range of possible channels (email marketing, organic social, paid social, SEO, paid search, remarketing, display, letterbox marketing…) and see which stages each might best fit into and how you could use them.

Plus Laura will be giving us some great insights into how to know which channels might be right for our particular brand, creating a funnel that’s the right size and shape for our audience and our business goals.
