We are incredibly excited to announce the tenth OxBridge Women in Computer Science Conference, which will be held on the 4th of May 2024, at the Mathematical Institute, University of Oxford. The annual conference brings together computer scientists of all career stages at Cambridge and Oxford, to promote the work of gender minorities and build networks. It is organised by volunteers at OxWoCS and women@CL societies. Highlights of the conference include talks by key academic speakers, a panel discussion on imposter syndrome and a dinner at St Cross College - and there is no registration fee! The conference's purpose is to spotlight the successes of gender minorities within computer science, however, we encourage everyone to attend, no matter your gender identity, to support your colleagues!
Everyone is welcome to register to attend the conference. We will prioritise members of the Women@CL and OxWocs networks due to capacity reasons. The remaining places will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is no registration fee; and breakfast, lunch, refreshments and a conference dinner will be provided free of charge. Coach transportation will be provided free of charge for all participants travelling from Cambridge.
The deadline for registration is the 1st of April.
