World Mental Health Day - Leaders Let's Put Your Own Oxygen Mask on First

“Let’s put our own oxygen mask on first” might sound like an extreme title for this webinar. But, how can you as a business owner, a business leader hope to be able to look after your colleagues and staff, if you aren't looking after yourself.

We will spend an hour talking about:

  • How to reduce your stress level.
  • What do we mean by self care?
  • The challenges, the barriers and some top tips.

This webinar will help you with managing your mental health and supporting others around you. Some useful resources will be shared for you to review and continue your learning afterwards.
